The College since its inception adopted and implementing the Counseling Procedure. The College analyzes performance of individual students. One lecturer is assigned to look after 20 students. The students cooperated very well and have promised better results.  
 
           The progress reports of students are dispatched to the parents. The students are also counseled in games and sports, seminars, communication skills and over all personality development .


Guidelines for Students Counselling :

1. It is restricted to the counselors to get the information about staff/subject feed back from the students

2. Counselors means to guide/motivate/inspire the students in such a way that they may be able to get 1st class or more than 60%

3. Counselors have to verify/check/inquire the student individually or personally about the performance in the last semester and no of subjects he/she passed/failed.

4. A counselor has to motivate the students in respect of regularity to the college.

5. It is the duty of the Counselors to bring awareness among the students in regard of the importance of communication skills in the present scenario.

6. At the time of counseling the students, Counselors has to identify the no of backlogs of individual student and motivate him to clear all the backlogs as early as possible.

7. It is the duty of Counselors to encourage/motivate/inspire the students to get above 60% in the exams.

8. To motivate the students regarding dress code and its importance.
