Electronics and Communication Engineering Department was Established in 2001, the Department offers a 4-Year B.Tech Degree programme ,Electronics and Communications Engineering [Batch], with an annual intake of 120 students.

       "To inculcate a spirit of scientific temper and analytical thinking, and train the students in contemporary technologies in Electronics & Communication to meet the needs of the industry."

VISION:
        "To arm young brains with competitive technology and nurture holistic development of the individuals for a better tomorrow."
About the Students :
          The Department shapes its students into disciplined young citizens of good character and culture. It lays emphasis on practical experience so as to enable them either to secure employment in industry or to become entrepreneurs. In its keen commitment to offer quality education, ECE, over the past 8 years has become a temple of knowledge and produced about 390 eminent and skillful graduate engineers, who are successful in their careers, serving all over the state & Country.

About the Staff :
The Department has 22 members of faculty and 6 members of supporting staff. With One Professor&21 Assistant Professors, the faculty has well distributed teaching expertise in various specializations like Signal Processing, Communications, Digital Systems and VLSI Design, Microwave Engg,Signals&Systems.
